The FBI on Tuesday replaced Osama Bin Laden on the list of its 10 most wanted fugitives with an alleged child pornographer who has been on the run for more than three years.

The decision to drop Bin Laden from the list comes nearly a year after a team of Navy SEALs killed the former al-Qaida leader in Pakistan last May. Since then, federal agents have captured another member of the agency's top 10, reputed mobster Whitey Bulger, although he currently remains listed on the FBI's website, albeit with a red "captured" graphic at the bottom of his photo.

Bin Laden's replacement is 30-year-old Eric Justin Toth, a former third-grade teacher at Beauvoir-National Cathedral School, a prestigious school in Washington, D.C. ABC News reports that federal agents have sought Toth since he was indicted in December 2008 after pornographic images of children were found on a school camera that had been in his possession.

Since then, the FBI believes Toth has traveled to Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, and to have lived in Arizona as recently as 2009. The authorities believe that while on the run, Toth may be advertising himself online as a tutor or male nanny.

The indictment against him in D.C. has been sealed, making it unclear how many children he allegedly abused and may have molested. His inclusion on the most wanted list, along with the $100,000 reward for information leading to his direct arrest, however, suggests the severity of his alleged crimes.
