Actor Joseph Hyungmin Son, most famous for his role as Dr. Evil’s henchman Random Task in Austin Powers, is suspected of killing his cellmate in a California prison, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Son’s cellmate, serving two years for failing to register as a sex offender, was found dead on Monday afternoon. Prison authorities have named the 40-year-old actor as the prime suspect, but won’t formally file charges until the completion of the investigation.

Although the cause of his cellmate’s death is yet unclear, Son had a brief career as a mixed martial arts fighter, and his accuracy with a shoe is well-documented. And he’s a terrible person.

Son was sentenced to life in prison without parole after pleading guilty in January to kidnapping, sodomy, rape, forcible oral copulation, and forcible rape, with a sentencing enhancement for committing rape with a firearm. On Christmas Eve 1990, Son and another man approached a woman walking her dog alone and forcefully dragged her back to their car. They then pistol-whipped her, repeatedly threatened to kill her, and raped her.

Son was linked to the case after being forced to submit a DNA sample following an unrelated 2008 felony vandalism conviction.
