Photos From Inside Bin Laden Compound Surface

ABC says shots are from "kill zone."

President Obama may have decided against releasing the post-mortem photos of Osama Bin Laden, but that doesn’t mean we can’t all have a look at what things were like inside the al-Qaida leader’s Pakistani hideaway.

ABC News has what it’s calling exclusive photos taken from inside the compound. The 10 or so pictures depict a house that is, understandably, in a bit of disarray (it was raided by a team of Navy Seals, after all).

Among the objects identified by the news network: medicine supplies including petroleum jelly, nasal spray, and eye drops; jugs of cooking oil; and two cartons of untouched eggs.

Not identified in the captions: a good deal of splattered blood on the floor.
